President Trump: The NEW one and only politics thread

I’m really trying to understand what’s going on with British politics and Brexit. And I’m coming up empty.

Bottom line from those who understand: Is Brexit every going to happen? And if so, when? And how will it affect the world economy?

 

Take a step back and think about it. Trump accidentally listed a state which wasn’t in the path of the hurricane. Not the end of the world. But because the only official moral belief of his administration is never to apologize, he has to attack the media for reporting the words which everyone heard him speak. Then his people have to literally come up with a fake drawing to justify his slip of the tongue. This is beyond insane.

 

Arguably the most Orwellian thing he's done, yet.

There are people who oppose Brexit of course, but also an awful lot of people that are using it to settle political scores, take out potential rivals and clear out obstacles that are in position to block what will eventually happen. Wouldn't be surprised if Cameron is still pulling strings.
