I could be wrong but I can't see him being disinterested when it counts. Heck, on that team he should get 20 balls thrown his way per game at least -- no time for WR Diva 101, "I'm not getting enough touches."

Will we ever know. Or does he go to the Pats for a conditional 5th round draft choice

Derek Carr is wondering what the hell he ever did to Gruden. I imagine if Carr has a few decent games, Gruden will trade the left side of the line.

Three quarters in, roughly, Bears and Packers look like exactly the same teams from last year - incredible defense with spotty offense vs. the individual brilliance of Rodgers and not much else... then as I was typing that, Trubisky completed his next two passes. He has to be maddening to watch on a weekly basis.

If you’re the defense and the ball’s at midfield, why is 1&20 preferable to 2&10?

These teams look like they could have used a preseason game or four.

After that game, America is clamoring for the NFL to expand the regular season.

Kickers. Always push them back. Two downs to get 10 yards vs. three downs to get 20.

I’m pretty sure we all know what you would call him.

The ball is brown. It confuses and angers him.
