So are you for an NFL where players revolt against current teams to the point the team is forced to rip up theirs contract? And then the player gets to play for the organization of their choice?

    That’s your “fair” NFL.

What if Wagner got tired of the Seahawks after an 0-3 start and he pulls an Antonio to get on the Patriots or the Saints?

If he did, more power to him. But it ain't that easy.

What a stupid, stupid analogy. Show me other examples of this.

It’s not a stupid analogy. You inferred that what Brown did was fair.

Fair for one is fair for all.

    Lol. Fair is what?

Was it fair at cut down day when players with contracts got cut?

christ, I just reread this. Are you Devil93?

    What a moronic take.

JC, could Antonio have done this in week 3 instead of opening day weekend?

What he just pulled off, to me, could have been done at any point of the season. I’m not OK with that.

Who cares? Why are you offended?

Because I feel it hurts the game. I know owners take advantage of these players left and right, but in this case, what Brown did is not good for the game
I think we are going to see a copycat of this later. And it could be in a different sport. I hope I’m wrong.

This happened very quickly. I’m sure the league owners are not pleased with how this went down.

What I’m interested in is why Brown wasn’t suspended by the league for this behavior. People get suspended for fights at clubs, smoking weed, abusing women, and many are legit, but what Brown did threatening Mayock, sort of falls into this.

I just don’t hope we see a veteran in week 11 or so, tell his team he is not going to play anymore and they need to release him. Let’s say it’s a MLB like Keuchley who wants to win a title. NE needs a MLB.

Like I said, let’s see how this plays out.
