This is exactly right. If Trump isn't impeachable, then impeachment doesn't exist as an instrument anymore.

 

This looks like a useful approach. Don't run on "he's senile/crazy", run on his specific promises and actions in office. I'm not a Tom Perez fan, but using local issues in states across the nation should work.
