    Well, in 2016, the GOP did have two Latinos, one African American, one female, one Asian, the son of a Canadian immigrant, and a guy’s whose last name is synonymous with gay sex in the field.

    This is exactly why the Times needs to bring back their Public Editor position - to sift through the wreckage of events like this, find the black box, and figure out what happened and how.
