Full disclosure - when I wore a younger man's clothes I dated a woman whose mother knew Wilson very well.
Wilson was said to be as big a dick as any of the people in this neo-Republican Party.
He just happens to be making a lot of money right now working the other side of the fence.

I don't doubt that for a minute. I see him enough on twitter to know about his dickishness. He's willing (currently) to say things and discuss tactics in plain language that *should* be informing the Dems in Republican strategic and tactical thinking. He's saying that the R's called by the house will continue to shit on the process for exactly as long as they are not held accountable for it.

He's dead right. They should be taking notes and coming up with effective counterpunches, not half-assing it.

 

I don’t know if anyone is watching the excellent Country Music by Ken Burns, but did anyone notice during last night’s show they were showing footage of a KKK rally and one of the hoodies was holding up a big sign that read America First

I agree he should have been blitzed from the start.
I mean no disrespect to them - but aggression does not seem to be what these folks are made of.
It reminded me of the Shkreli hearing. Both parties let that little shit smirk and preen and walk all over them.
