I'm fairly certain they will get voted out, and I'm fairly certain they know it. Which makes it seem all the more likely that something has them believing it's worth it to get voted out.

Residents did contact the Attorney General and were told the office couldn't do anything. Two groups have filed lawsuits and a judge has issued an injunction against the sale in the first case. I don't think the second one - filed by the company that originally sold the building to the town at a discount with the understanding that it would be used for a new library - has been heard yet.

I'm not sure anybody thought to call the FBI.

You know, the Dem presidential candidates could all end the GOP’s Biden lies simply by saying that if they are elected, they will ask every foreign country to investigate Ivanka, Jared, Eric and Junior.

And they can say that Trump set the precedent, so the Republicans can’t complain.

Problem solved.

This stuff cannot continue. I would have expected mass resignations by now - or a more definitive response from the GOP. I'd really like to see a few respected GOP Senators say right now that the evidence is there for impeachment and removal - and the President is not helping his case the more he tries to defend himself. Hell - go off the record to the WP or NYT. Senior Republican Senator should be enough to clarify things.

More from the long list of projection from him...during the campaign he said something like "imagine having to listen to that voice all the time". I don't remember who he said it about but I am often reminded of it during his gurgling.

 

I’d like to see Trump hanged by the neck until he is dead. There’s no argument he’s committed treason multiple times in office, with his defense being, “So what? Fuck you.”
