Thank God. Was just about to give the answer before we ran through the whole league.
The Phillies are correct. They've played several series-deciding Game 5s, but never a Game 7.

I also just realized my "unique distinction" hint was a tick off. The Phillies are one of only two teams to have played in the World Series against every team from another one of the current divisions (the AL East). Thought they were the only one, but didn't realize the Giants had done it as well. The Giants played the Senators twice (in 1924 and 1933), long before they became the Twins, and have played all of the AL Central teams.

A couple of other teams are one opponent away from completing a set. The Yankees can join the list this season if they match up against the Nationals, or if they ever play the Rockies or Brewers. The Tigers can do it if they ever play the Brewers to finish out the NL Central.

This pitcher once pitched two no-hitters in the same season in which he had 5 wins and 19 losses.

    2-part question:
Of the 7 games of the 1985 World Series, how many went 3 hours or longer?
How many future Hall Of Famers were involved with the 1985 World Series?

    Boogie got the 4th.
Brett, Ozzie, Whitey, Schuerholz were the 4 HOF in the series.
No, Doug Harvey wasn't in the Series.

Who was the last AL pitcher and the last NL pitcher to throw a rain-shortened no-hitter before MLB ruled in 1991 that a pitcher needed to pitch a complete game in order to qualify for the honor? Two different pitchers, if that is not clear.
