So are the A-level champions Lesnar and Rollins automatically on Smackdown and Raw, respectively?
And if the current champions of their respective brands are automatically on those rosters, then why did Raw have to use a draft pick to procure Becky Lynch? If not, why are we through two rounds and neither Lesnar nor Rollins has been drafted?
And if it was explained and I missed it, am I just a stupid idiot?

I saw a good explanation with a Cageside Sears comment. It’s the equivalent of a draft board, and so far, everyone is following the board. At some point, one brand may have a reach with a pick.

Still, the rules are kinda nutty, and why are Brock and Seth not getting drafted?

Bull-shit. No "draft board" has Natalya or Street Profits ahead of Kevin Owens. Using that theory, Titus O'Neill will be the 4th pick on Monday.

They must've finally realized their fuck up (based on social media reaction) because they are now "mixing" up the order of their picks.
