    I've stood next to him. He's definitely 6-3, but yeah, he could be wearing lifts :)

    That is a little dangerous for an opponent of his. Just ask Hillary Clinton. People didn't care that he lied a lot more often than she did. She had told lies, so it was all the same to them.

    It matters because he continually appoints (or approves the appointment engineered by someone who works for him) the unqualified and those whose ideology is in direct opposition to the department they are running/working for. The result is layers of bureaucratic changes that will hamper good government for years to come.

    How many improvements will Betsy DeVos leave behind her at Education? How many damaging policy changes?

    Yeah, but do you think that if he was cut in on millions in quick profits he wouldn't make these announcements to swing the market? It cost him nothing to say that "there has been solid progress in trade negotiations with China". The Chinese may release a "WTF? What progress?" statement later, but they've already taken a profit by then. Sure, it makes him look erratic, and it's a public lie, but that stuff is an everyday occurrence in this adminstration anyhow.
