Yup. It was 0-0 until Jeff Reed kicked a game-winning 24-yard field goal with under 20 seconds remaining.

Garrett's job looks safe until the end of the year.

I have no idea how the Eagles got this terrible. The Cowboys are not a great team. I don't know which division is more blessed that the NFC East is paired up with the AFC East in the intraconference games this year.

Not only that, he's on his way to a double-digit sack season.

Seeing all the preseason Super Bowl hype for the Eagles was a little bewildering, and it's only gotten moreso since the season started. The Eagles aren't necessarily a terrible team -- certainly not in the same way that the Redskins and Dolphins are -- they're just wildly inconsistent. I think the Cowboys are the same way. They can look like Super Bowl contenders one week and fall flat on their face the next, and you never really know which one you're going to get.

The Eagles injury list holds the secret to their performance so far. Also, their defensive backfield is horrendous. They are just not fast enough, nor are their linebackers, come to think of it.

No way did the Dolphins get 16. No way.

Steelers were on their way to the playoffs that season and Miami hadn’t won a game. The Dolphins were the ones getting 16 points.

Are you arguing with yourself? Too early on a Monday for that.

Waiting? No. Just started reading the thread yesterday when the bucketful of dead-end speculation knocked me off my feet.

Bears/Saints was one of the highest scoring games of the week. Ravens won the first of two games in which you thought they would be ass. The Chiefs' horrible defense scored a TD and throttled Denver.

You couldn't try to be more wrong.
