Yes they will, it’s just background noise to the overwhelming majority of republican primary voters. He has a high rated network that defends his actions. He owns radio. Twitter keeps his version out there everyday and the regular media cover his statements with a semblance of objective reporting and respect. If you ask his supporters if there is a favorable trade deal with China and the troops from Syria and Turkey are coming home they would agree.

Really, the Republicans are bad at politics. Mitt Romney hides behind a fake Twitter account. Mitch McConnell does, well, nothing, preferring to simply not hold a vote rather than face the possibility of losing. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio and all the damn others seem like they're trying to top each other in dumbassery. And yet ... they keep winning elections. They're like the baseball team that comes in and commits four errors, strikes out 16 times, gives up two late-inning homers and still somehow wins 5-3.

 

It's simple. They are the party of white supremacy in a white racist nation.
