No, sorry, I've pretty much seen his whole career from fairly close up, and he brings absolutely nothing but volume. He can be very emphatic, he wags his finger well, and he looks sleek in a suit. Those are his talents.

You'd think at his age he'd act like a grown up by now. But the whinny, angry young brutha persona has worn considerably over the years.

It's just getting tougher and tougher to find guys dumb enough to make Skip Bayless sound coherent. With this move, ESPN is apparently down to Scoop Jackson.

Honest question - did he have any leverage? Was NBC Sports or CBS Sports in on this? Granted, he eats a lot of innings for the network - always available for hits on TV and radio, always willing to launch a talking point (no matter how ridiculous) to carry through the network's programming on a slow news day - he's probably good value in that he serves as a "reporter," and opinion host on hoops and boxing - just hope they don't force him to try and keep up with football and baseball.

Is he married with kids? Trying to imagine what his home life would be like. I just picture him living out of a suitcase 365.

It's been a guessing game when he'd show up on ESPN? Really?

He's had his own show for years.
