I thought Armbrister got tangled up with Fisk as he was leaving the box and Fisk was fielding his bunt, resulting in Fisk making a wild throw to second.

 

Yep, @tapintoamerica — like many of us do — fell into the trap. It's such a ridiculous question, it begs to be corrected by example after example. And every time someone comments about this play or that play, ESPN's engagement goes up and feeds the advertising machine. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, but let's not believe that whomever came up with the question in Bristol really thought it was the most controversial call in history. They're just trying to get people talking.
