More Turley (arguing that Clinton impeachment was justified): ""Executive power exhibits the same physical properties as a gas in a confined space. When you expand the space the gas will fill the space. You should not be misled. Your decision will define executive power and authority. If you decide certain acts do not rise to impeachable offenses, you will expand the space for conduct and we will have to live with that expansion. And we will have to live with that expansion."

I do find his appearance interesting - he's typically not been shy about criticizing about the actions of the executive branch (both D and R). This is probably the most full-throated defense of a Republican he's ever offered. And as surprising as his "support" for the Executive in this case is - is the weakness of his argument.

I'm pretty politically active. I've been in the media 40 years. I am better informed than 99.5 percent of the American voting public.

I was leaning toward supporting Kamala Harris. I paid attention to what was going on with her campaign.

I had never ever heard the label "K-Hive" until the last couple days when it's been splattered all over the intertoobs.

Mostly by Dudebro Nation, while we're at it. Vedddy veddy interesting.

I don't know if it's ever been done - but just once in a big nationally televised Congressional hearing, I'd like a witness to say "Yes, I realize I took an oath to tell the truth - and that I'm the only one in this room that has done so today."

This guy was a reporter at Court TV and MSNBC before he went to Fox
He didn’t become a commentator and author until after this happened

Airport police: Fox's Gregg Jarrett was in Minnesota for rehab

I think there are far too many Democrats who have been protected from being primaried and who came into Congress so long ago that they are ill-equipped for the Congress of today. Though he's quitting after just three terms, Heck is 67. It's probably good that he realizes he isn't cut out for it - but it bugs me when people quit and blame the toxicity of the DC on their way out the door, no matter how long they've served (and apparently contributed to the toxicity).
