DeVos says Obama 'weaponized' rules created for defrauded students

Speaking of Republicans trying to keep money from people who need it, I will post this one just by saying once again that Betsy DeVos is truly horrible. I tried to keep an open mind after President Trump took office. His decision to appoint her was one of the early signs that he was going to be as bad as I thought. She really does want to destroy public education.

 

Nah, too many of her friends are getting very, very rich off of it.

 

Climate change and extreme weather are real. Period.
Whether humans are 100 percent the cause (I doubt) or 1 percent the cause (equally doubt), that's not the point.
If anything is to be done about it, humans have to do it. I'm pretty sure we can't sit around wait for the baboons to take the point on this.

There are three types of deniers:
1. They make money off whatever is f'ing the planet and are going to die soon, so they don't care.
2. They sit around all day listening to Fox and Limbaugh all day and are going to die soon, so they don't care.
3. They ignore facts because they think Genesis is a scientific journal or are blissfully ignorant stumbling through life.

I say we let young people have a strong voice in this because they are going to be the ones left holding the bag when we are gone.

Obama Brexit?

 

The legal blogger Popehat tweeted weeks ago that everyone should realize the Republican defense of Trump is "fuck you." That'll be their 2020 platform as well.

 

I did check all the networks yesterday morning and they had regular programming. I can't vouch for the whole day though. I was a little disappointed but they must think people can get the coverage if they want. But still I think it's something that should be shown on as many channels as possible.

 

Don’t forget all the BAYBEEZE and pregnant women that’ll die during this battle that they’re rooting for. Very pro-life of them.

 

If I was in charge of this thing I would have the members concentrate on individual points in the investigation. Even put out the schedule, who is speaking, the order they are speaking and what point of evidence they are presenting. If you have to, to counter the gop b.s., you start all over again. This redundant all fricking day arguing back and forth does not seem the best way. Make your case with the facts all played out as they happened. One member at a time.
