Here's what I found odd: It looked like all the members were crowding around a couple of boxes into which they had to place the cards that carried their votes. Seems like a rudimentary and archaic process. What exactly is the mechanical process by which the House votes? The Senate can -- and at least occasionally does -- roll-call voice votes.

 

It's like an ATM pretty much. Given the number of oldsters, not surprised someone had problems.
