I suspect we have at least a 15-hour window of quiet. If the U.S. Air Force is coming, it’ll be at night.


It also seems like this is Trump’s chance to walk away. He’s going to catch hell for it, but if no U.S. soldiers were killed, we should take this chance to take the off ramp and deescalate.

Saw sketchy reporting crediting the 737 shoot down to friendly anti aircraft fire. That’d make a little sense? Especially since the video showed it on fire before the crash.

Can’t imagine anyone will ever believe it was a coincidence.

The earthquake stuff... I have only seen it sourced to sketchy Twitter accounts so who knows. It’d be crazy if we used some super weapon to vaporize their nuke sites.

I wouldn't get caught up too much in the bravado of saying "if Iran wants Armageddon" or "their knights are on horses" or as Lindsey Graham said "we'll put them out of the oil business."

Iran isn't Al-Qaeda living in caves. It's a technologically advanced country that has been stockpiling and training - likely with Russian support - while we've been messing around in Iraq and Afghanistan for the last however many years.

Their military isn't equal to ours, but don't think we are going to hit UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A, START and play Contra on beginner mode.
