    Oh I agree hate is a problem. A big-time problem. I know many Trump supporters who look at Democrats as being enemies of the state. That’s scary. And they still support him even though he sucks up to a blood-thirsty Communist dictator like Kim Jong Un. I’ll never understand that.

    Barack Obama was born in Kenya Hawaii! :)

    Seriously, I looked at the whole list and Obama is the only one who even has any life connection west of the Rockies — birth, college, residence or death. Did find a couple who died overseas, one in Belgium (losing VP candidate George Pendleton) and one in London (Adlai Stevenson II).

    Please. He was an Illinois senator at the time of the nomination and the elections.

    Still, it's a fascinating circumstance. Seriously, in nearly 200 years, not ONE nominee from west of the CDT is amazing.
