Thinking it was a funny jab at Kerry's Vietnam service. Nice touch that this is three years after soldiers started coming home in body bags and missing limbs from Afghanistan.

 

The Republican Party is a criminal conspiracy. The fake outrage in the Senate comes from those Senators who are its mob lawyers. If their veneer of respectability goes, then what good are they?

 

The real bloodletting is going to be in 2022, when Trump is either on state trial or sitting in Attica.

All those GOP incumbents will have to defend their votes to cover for him twice: in the primaries and the general.

It amuses me whenever I hear someone say 70 percent of the country wants to see witnesses and documents. The Republicans don’t care

 

Half of those who suffered these TBIs have returned to active duty. How serious are injuries that keep you out of active duty for 2 weeks?

Here’s what Trump said: “I don't consider them very serious injuries relative to other injuries that I've seen. I've seen what Iran has done with their roadside bombs to our troops... I've seen people that were horribly, horribly injured in that area, in that war."

I mean, it’s kind of a broken clock moment where he says a true thing, and it ruins whatever sentiment the Pentagon was trying to gin up, and it’s rhe ruining of the sentiment that makes everyone mad.
