assume that Bolton was speaking as an informed member of the National Intelligence Community. He was aware of and familiar with the intelligence briefing that trump refuses to hear, see and read. At the time he said that he was not offering an uninformed opinion. He was actually speaking as a well informed member of the intelligence community. His inherent bias and predispositions are hard core conservative right. But it appears that trump Pense and Barr are further right and ultimately unAmerican if not anti American. It also appears that he’s not making a Unilateral judgment but a consensus of career military intelligence officers and diplomats.
