Younger professionals really don't understand the technology gap with older folks. I've sat in on presentations where the explanations of websites and various tools people can use for various functions may as well have been given in Latin given the audience that showed up to hear the presentation. Tech is second nature to many/most people who grew up with computers, its a second language to those who didn't.
And while the Democratic Party likes to think of itself as young and hip - 80 percent of its volunteers are retirees.
