Romney is hugely popular in Utah, and Fatfuck is not. Mitt isn't taking much of a personal political risk. He'll kick the ass of any Trumpfuck primary puppet.

He is, however, setting himself up to be the de facto leader of the new center right party which will emerge from the smoldering ruins of the current Trumpfascist cult after it all goes down in a fireball.

Oh, they get the right money and string pullers behind them and they will - just in a different way than Trump.

Can't believe I forgot that doofus. Yeah, he's one to watch.

If I had Bloomberg's bankroll, one ad would be nothing but a Fatfuck blooper reel.

    First descriptor in Romney's obit?

    1. "first U.S. senator to vote to convict a president from his own party..."
    2. "2012 Republican nominee for president..."

Say this for Mayor Pete - he played Iowa quite well. From protesting the DMR poll over the weekend, to claiming victory without a vote to apparently, an excellent job picking up "second-choice" votes - he may end up behind Bernie in delegates in addition to total votes - but he's got a solid organizing team and better campaign management than any of the other moderates running.

I saw my first Mayor Pete yard sign here in Eastern Mass. today! So far I've seen two Warrens, one Biden, and now this one. When it's bumperstickers, Sanders and Warren lap the field, but I suspect many of those are left over from 2016 and Warren's 2018 Senate race.

So, in all seriousness, do Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz, Susan Collins, etc. really need Trump's base more than his base need them?
