I almost think Castro endorsing Sanders would be a better move for him.
    Here is the 2016 map.

Castro served in Obama's cabinet. I doubt he endorses Bernie.

Obama could - and frankly should - end this with an endorsement.

I don't know if he and Biden "made up"after Castro slammed Biden in an early debate - but I do think endorsing Warren made him more viable as a VP pick because it made him seem further left than I think most see him as being. A Bernie endorsement would do the same.
That said, there isn't a perfect VP pick - ideally a woman of color who would help in the Midwest. Wouldn't be surprised if it is a member of Congress.

There was a Biden ad on tonight during CBS Evening News that was almost completely an Obama voice-over.

No. Wait until there is a clear nominee. If Obama endorses Biden and Biden suddenly tanks for some unknown reason, it creates a problematic situation.

Same for Warren. We're too deep into the primaries. Wait for the people to vote, then vocally back the nominee.

If I were Warren, I'd continue to speak up about the issues. Healthcare, wealth inequality, Wall Street etc. Remind people why she ran and to focus on the issues she cared about. Maybe Biden takes the hint and moves a little to the left on things. But Biden doesn't need her support. Bernie very much does.

I said earlier in the thread that they’ve certainly changed. Do I really need to repeat myself?

I'm getting a bit tired of her claiming that sexism is the reason she didn't make any headway in the race. She got 24 percent of the female vote in her home state. But tell me more about sexism, Liz.

Missouri poll out tonight (taken since Tuesday) has it 48-44 Biden over Bernie with 2 for Tulsi. If nothing else, it shows Bernie isn't locked in at 25-35 pct. of the vote.

It's not just sexism, but fear of sexism. There is evidence that women will sometimes shy away from female candidates in elections because they fear they won't be considered electable when put against men.

I think Warren's failed candidacy is a little bit of everything. Sexism, crowded field, our insistence that there has to be two lanes (progressive vs moderate) and that there are already influential candidates in those lanes, a couple of her own missteps, and the obsession over the horse race and polls rather than substance.
