If they can get John Lennon, I'm definitely watching.

I don't think there's a way in the world Al leaves for ESPN. Al's contract with NBC expires after the Super Bowl in LA in 22. Perfect way to end it.
That being said, I don't think Peyton goes to ESPN without either Al or Tirico.
    And Tirico is going nowhere.
    Nessler isn't going back.
    Harlan is an interesting idea.
There's no way they stay with Tess OR Booger.
If they get nowhere, they can bring up Levy/Griese, who I actually think do a very good job during their Saturday college games, but MNF is a different animal.

ESPN is more than 16 games. It's appearing on all the daily TV shows. And hits on the radio shows. Plus offseason stuff like Gruden did.

You would think they learned their lesson after they lost the NFL in 1999. But they have the best time slot and get the best games -- with flex -- and pay the least.

Michaels going to ESPN this year and not doing the Super Bowl in his hometown might be a bigger miracle than the Miracle on Ice. Unless Disney gives back Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

Tirico is going nowhere because he's got the Olympics, he does some occasional hockey (and is good) and knows Uncle Al might be done in two years after the L.A. Super Bowl and can slide into the SNF booth, assuming NBC keeps the package.

Very true. Still, that's a ridiculous amount of money. I'd love to see him and Al Michaels in the booth. I've had my lifetime supply of Cris Collinsworth and I bet Al has, too.

I don't get the Kevin Harlan thing. He's awful on football. Especially on radio.

Great voice. I like him on the radio, but admittedly, I'm not as laser focused as I would be in other situations, because I'm usually doing other stuff like driving or yard work.

He's the worst I ever heard on radio, and his voice makes me cringe.

Other than that, I agree with you.

I think he’s great on the radio doing football.

I think Kevin Harlan is great at football.
