Contrary to your view, there are those who'd see a politician coming on a comedy show right after suffering a painful loss as an example of, for want of a better term, "good sportsmanship."

 

She didn't host the show. She was part of its cold open. I have no idea if it was planned weeks ahead of time. I don't know why, if she were still in the race, it would have been.
