Laura Ingraham Rips Hillary Clinton Over Coronavirus

“And what if, what if the Wuhan virus had hit after Hillary Clinton had won the presidency?” Ingraham continued. “If her handling of Benghazi is any guide, it would’ve been a nightmare. And certainly her economy would’ve already stalled under her economic policies. We wouldn’t see the growth that we’ve seen under Trump. And what about if Sanders or Biden were president? Same problem, only worse.”

The speech is 90 percent plagiarized from something Michelle Obama said five years ago, so why would it mention coronavirus?

Is "Wuhan virus" the Trumpist talking point now? They can't handle Covid-19 or coronavirus?

Vladimir Putin:: Duma OKs law to allow him to stay in power until 2036

Russian President Vladimir Putin, the nation's longest serving leader since Josef Stalin ruled the Soviet Union, has ended any question about his political future by backing a constitutional amendment – quickly approved by the State Duma – that will allow him to stay in power until 2036.
The Kremlin-controlled Duma passed the measure on third reading Wednesday 383-0, with 43 abstentions, to remove the constitutional barrier to the 67-year-old Putin staying in office beyond 2024.

First China, then Russia, guess who wants to be next.

What should also be factored in to the assessment is that his team managed to find him a last-minute location and rewrite the speech to fit the moment, in place of the raucous celebratory crowd in Cleveland that was supposed to cap the night.

Bernie, OTOH, went home to mope with the rest of his mob.

Dude, I know you've had that bookmarked for years waiting just for the right moment to roll out it...too bad you still haven't found it yet.

I got to believe there is going to be that hardcore group who just want the extreme left agenda to go through and will not vote for a more moderate candidate. However, this time feels different. Bernie kept it close this time four years ago and had an argument to keep things contested since the Superdelegates propped up Hillary. This time, after putting so much on Michigan and getting trounced there I think Bernie is reading the writing on the wall. It was telling he didn't speak last night. The only reason he stays in now is to debate on Sunday, let the voters vote on Tuesday and then bow out on his terms.

But I think as pissed as the Bernie Bros will be, if they see him concede graciously and still declare victory for the movement (because let's face it, he's changed the Democratic Party whether the DNC cares to admit it or not) and vow to continue to work with Biden to make sure the voice of the movement is heard and the policies are adopted will bring them around. AOC starting to pivot is a strong sign the left wing of the party will come around.
