    He looked and sounded drugged.

    "Star Trek" nerds will remember the original-series episode "Patterns of Force," in which a Starfleet historian named John Gill institutes Nazi-style rule on a planet to try and create order. He is shown giving a speech on TV in a heavily medicated state -- vacant look, halting speech pattern. Trump tonight reminded me of Gill.
