Source? This dashboard using Johns Hopkins information has (as of 7am Thursday morning) Italy with 12K cases, France, Spain, and Germany with 2K each, and Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Sweden with 5-700, all more than the UK with 459.

You are correct — misread something and my apologies. Still doesn’t make any sense though.

    Here's a scenario:

Something bad happens to Biden (COVID19, poisoning, etc) between now and the election. He has to drop out. Half the party decides to ride-or-die with Biden's VP pick, while the other half demands that the primary runner-up get the gig. Which leads to the party being ripped apart, which leads to Trump NOT canceling the election, which leads to his return to all-power.

US equities should trade down to the circuit breaker soon after the open.

Selling this morning has been savage. Anything that isn't nailed down. ... good and bad, as there is a lot of deleveraging going on. And there are liquidity problems in the US treasury market. Not seized up, but the spreads really widened out yesterday.

I was at Normandy for the 75th anniversary of D-Day. Does that count for anything?
