Around here, schools are closing for at least two weeks if there is even one confirmed case among students or staff in that building.

 

I don't understand why these people are at the hospitals, if you are not in the high risk groups, I thought it was pretty mild. Read somewhere the problem will be for people with other health issues that can't get treatment.

My daughter also works in the medical profession. RN in the ICU. (I am prepared to have the grandkids over a little more as the work sched will probably increase.) Early on I asked her if there was any preparation for this and she said no because they always have some beds set aside for flu.
