    It says its the act of making an "unreasonable" profit.

    But a definition has to make something. ... definite. Clear. "Unreasonable" is subjective. A judgment. Your idea of unreasonable may not be the same as as the next guy.

    I don't see how someone can make an unreasonable profit. If it was unreasonable, that person wouldn't be able to find a buyer, and there would be no profit at all. As long as there is a buyer, and the whole transaction is voluntary, the profit was clearly reasonable to someone.
