Someone will be in his ear. He’ll be against it tomorrow.

Pence looked terrible today, like he's ill.

Pelosi is offering Mitch a seat on the griddle. It would be fun if the politics here didn't have potentially devastating consequences.

Nancy has bacon grease and isn't afraid to use it.

Probably had people in his ear about it, so he's fixing it.

If I were making decisions in the Oval with this thing coming in I'd look sick too.

My conspiracy theory is trump agreed to this knowing the senate will kill it. It’s a win-win. He can say he tried to pass something and ergo keeps votes. The majority of his senators know they won’t get beat in an election. If trump came out against the bill (he proactively tried to make it sound like abortions would be a part of it) he knew it would cost him the election.

I forgot what podcast I heard this on, but the fact that this administration cannot be looked to for accurate facts is incredibly damaging.

They're not gonna kill it outright. Too risky. The idea is to slow walk it (about a billion ways vote could be postponed for a week or more) until Trump figures out Pelosi ate his lunch and opposes it again. If he doesn't, go ahead and pass it like that was the idea all along.

We'll be boiling hogs by the thousands before this is over. Lye soap, yeah! Those hairs left over are scrubbers.

PS: The bill could also go like TARP in the financial crisis. House Republicans first voted it down, then the market tanked so they passed it. As we have seen, market is currently quite capable of losing or gaining 10 percent or more of total value on very little news. Wall St. has already priced in this deal passing quickly. If it doesn't... well, more Trump tweets about the Fed I guess.

Probably the Bill Simmons/Malcolm Gladwell pod. Listened to it yesterday, thought it was very good and informative.
