Why can't these people spread out. Honestly they are like sheep. People in the back, back up. What am I not considering? Why don't the actual people there take control of this situation.

Totally trumps fault, the moron, but just right this moment those people need to get ahold of the situation.

Yet they say there is community spread. It shouldn't matter if you know the infected person. Seems like a good excuse for them instead of saying we don't have enough tests.

I'm sorry, good luck to your f.i.l.

We have nine weeks of school left. I think staying out through the end of the year might be a bit much. If this thing hasn't run its course in that amount of time, we as a species probably have bigger concerns.

I don't know about these airports, but at Logan in Boston international arrivals are basically in a situation where long corridors act as holding cells. No room to back up to.

Doesn't surprise me in the least. If people are thinking grade schools and colleges will just go back to business in April and then have commencements in May, with hundreds or thousands in attendance, they're not really paying attention.

400 people participated in a 5K in our town yesterday evening. I'm a pretty serious age-grouper and had been planning for several weeks to run the race, but it just didn't seem right, even though there are no confirmed cases in our county or neighboring ones yet. (I expect there will be some pretty soon.) The head of the local running organization is a nurse, which makes it doubly surprising that they went ahead with it.

My wife & I went for a walk in our downtown neighborhood last night, trying to stay a reasonable distance from people. Restaurants and bars looked moderately busy, maybe not quite as crowded as usual on a Saturday night.

Ol' Shirley Nash would be great at the poker table.
