Christ, at this point, which Dem would lose? Bernie's the universal healthcare guy, so that's probably pretty great to voters too. If they're both unavailable for whatever reason, anyone that revived their campaign, except Bloomberg and maybe Mayor Pete, would probably get widespread support. I suppose there is "a lot" of time between now and November for Trump to reverse some damage, but even if his base stays with him, you have to think he's lost every single moderate / independent voter he got in the last election.
