You should have heard the squealing here when the guy running the county department of health suggested that large church gathers might be dangerous and should be stopped, by force if necessary.

A midwestern or southern woman, someone to help pick up a state or two that’s purple or even red. A California Senator adds nothing electoral to the ticket.

No. Among the other lessons of Fucko's reign of incompetence is, you can't just walk off the street and be president. And the requirements for VP are the same.

EVERY single aspect of the Democratic campaign this year should illustrate, demonstrate and scream from the rooftops the incompetence, unfitness and utter unqualification of the Dumpf fascist regime.

If Michelle has any ambition for political office (she's constantly sworn she does not), she should make that intention clear to the new president, who can appoint her to chair some kind of commission, ambassadorship or task force, then in 2022, she can run for some kind of office. Maybe by 2028 she'd be ready to go -- although by that time she'll be 64 -- pushing the upper limits of how old a president should be.

She couldn’t carry Georgia on her own, can she add Georgia In the D electoral column? That’s all that matters, it whether she’s competent. She’s better than trump and that’s all that matters

My wife loves Ms. Abrams but I just don't see that; she lost her last election, that sticks in the perception. You can't bet everything on Georgia. If its a woman, the logical choice is either Klobuchar (midwest bona fides) or McCaskill? I'd certainly love to see Senator Harris but she kinda flamed out. Warren might be enough to pull progressives? When really has the last VP choice helped (not hurt like Palin)?

Abrams' highest elective office is Georgia state rep. There are three or four Cabinet positions she'd fit in well (see also Mayor Pete).

Abrams is a fiery stump speaker, which accounts for her popularity among the pundit class. She needs to pick up some nuts and bolts experience outside the Georgia borders.

    A) Not a chance Michelle Obama would do it.

    B) Not sure why Stacey Abrams keeps coming up. Biden is old so VP becomes kind of important. Abrams' claim to fame is losing a gubernatorial election. There are a hell of a lot of people whose qualifications blow her out of the water, and she adds nothing to the ticket.

Warren would be more effective staying in the Senate, plus her replacement would be named by the GOP governor. Plus, she's 71 in two months. The whole point of the vice president is they're not supposed to die if the president does.

Claire McCaskill? Are you high? She lost to a worthless prick in Josh Hawley, and she’s pretty much universally loathed in her home state. Her NBC reclamation project is a joke, as worthless as Chuck Fuckin Todd.
