As I recollect, deep-bone aches and the kind of fitful night where you wake up sweating bullets. Then it was gone as quickly as it arrived.

I don't know about the less severe cases, but I remember reading that hospitalized corona patients required longer than normal stays. It was one of the factors that they were concerned about with regard to hospital/ICU beds being available.

If you get the corona and survive, do you get a get-out-of-quarantine-free card? Or a licence to kill like 007?

I caught something a few weeks ago, but it was a “productive” cough. Chills, fever and I was producing enough snot and phlegm to fill a 2-liter bottle over the course of a week (if I had tried). I’m just getting out of it now, which meant that at work Friday, even with social distancing, I took some crap when I coughed.

The problem now is that I tend to feel like I have a fever and aches when I get stressed. I’ve been feeling feverish all weekend with occasional aches. But my temperature has hovered between 97.8 and 98.9.

Whether it's coughs or sneezes, that does explain this ...

Honest question - is this the best time to travel (destination and health depending obviously) or worst time in terms of being able to find the time and get a good deal? Hawaii would be pretty good, the National Parks, South America (though I am confused - the southern hemisphere is getting cases despite it being late Summer there).
I'm just thinking with school out - it might be a good time for families to have their summer vacays early.

Looking at the world though, the countries without reported cases aren't really high on anyone's list (Yemen, Syria, Libya)

Plenty of deals to be had. The question is whether it's a good idea to spend several hours taking multiple trips in an enclosed metal tube breathing the same air as other people who don't know/don't care whether they're carrying the virus. Then there's the matter of whether your destination will be providing services and have tourist sites open, to say nothing of the potential to become a social pariah for being a tourist during a public health crisis.

Also, South America is right out. Those countries got a late start but are coming down hard.

Gonna take one hell of a police presence to keep 53 million people under strict home quarantine. For those unfamiliar, Luzon is the main island of the Philippines and home to both Manila and Quezon City.

There is also a change, however slight, that all domestic air travel gets shut down for a certain period and you get stuck somewhere.
