Seeing what I've seen from Florida with spring break, Disney not closing until after Sunday, etc., I'd be shocked at this point to not see a Florida related outbreak spread just because none of these people are actually from Florida.

There's a herd immunity aspect that works just like vaccines. So in theory if the majority of the community got it and got better and became immune and you quarantined the at risk during that time than a herd immunity would develop (very simplistic way of putting it). The problem is we don't know how much immunity will actually be developed by those who get it and it's very dangerous to those who are at risk to take such a route. It does play a role with a future vaccine in this not being an issue down the road, but there are a lot of things that go with it.
