Thanks y'all. Dad is a stubborn SOB. He didn't quarantine himself until Monday afternoon - because a longtime customer was picking up a new truck at the dealership that morning. I read him the riot act that day. I'm really hoping it's the flu (or anything besides Covid-19).

In other coronavirus news, Dick's Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy and Field & Stream stores are shutting for two weeks starting today.

Funny, one of the recipes didn't include lemon juice and vinegar and said at the end, "store in refrigerator for up to a month."

Another one did include lemon juice and vinegar but said nothing about storing it.

Or was the storing part related to how long it would be good, as opposed to when it would be ready?
