Try finding a place big enough where homeless folks will go to be isolated, socially-distanced, and evaluated that is safer than being out wherever they are right now. Best plan might be to do a mobile health clinic in a park or something.

He's spending $150 million on things that will will probably help get a portion of the homeless be at less risk for the coronavirus. That's a good thing.

Long term I don't think these efforts will do much for the overriding issue -- and I haven't seen any idea that would. It's enormously complex. There are a hell of a lot of reasons why people are homeless and money can't fix most of them.

This is a discussion (argument) I had here a few years ago. My hometown is one of the most notable cities with homeless problems. There is nothing that can be done. In that, we agree. My point here is, he did nothing until the virus occurred, now he is. He has messed a lot of things in this state.

This is as stupid from the GOP standpoint as 99.987% of the shit Fatboy does is to the rest of the civilized world.
So Burr is guilty, so what, who cares? Who's gonna prosecute him for this federal crime? Fatfuck Barr?
You know what it takes to expel a US Senator? Two-thirds vote, just like presidential impeachment. Remember, Fatfuck was guilty of all the charges in impeachment too, where did that go?
Burr could march out onto the Senate floor and rape Taylor Swift on live worldwide teevee and you wouldn't get enough GOP votes to remove him.
So why the fuck would Fatfuck, whose personal policy is "never apologize, never admit any guilt for anything," want Burr to resign?
If Fatboy calls for Burr to resign, you know what Burr's gonna say? "What I did was no more a crime than 50 fucking things you do every day."
If Burr resigns, you know where he's going? Straight to fucking prison, that's where. The Barr DOJ may not prosecute him this year, but the Dem DOJ next year will burn him at the stake.
It's gotta be bullshit. They'll tell him to get off the toilet and sleep it off.

I will say that Burr would serve as a useful sacrifice, - people are pissed off about the coronavirus, Burr is thrown aside as an offering.

Especially considering the Senate seat is a wild card, no way in flaming hell the GOP wants to give that up.
And if Fatfuck thinks about it for 15 seconds, he doesn't want to establish the precedent that any Republican can be removed for any crime, ever. That certainly isn't the principle they've been working under.
What's more, Trump can't make him resign. And don't forget, he can just pardon him.

There is a growing exertion from the public - an uproar, if we want to be honest about it - that the Fat One has never faced in his presidency.

The old horseshit games are not going to be acceptable against the backdrop of literal life-and-death matters.

There's going to be a Warren-level investigation someday just on the COVID-19 fiasco.

Yeah, but if he cracks that door open even just an inch, the whole fuckin' thing could get kicked in.
He's kept his dimwit dupes in line so far with a nonstop mantra of "lies, all lies, they're all out to get me."
And so far, he's made it work. If Barr is guilty, Loeffler is guilty too. There go two GOP seats. That pulls it down to 51-49.
You think they're just gonna bend over and go quietly? The entire junta is built on graft, top to bottom. Barr and Loeffler will say, "why do all the other grifters walk free, and we get to take the fall?" Maybe they start talking.
Fatfuck isn't gonna crack that door open. He's gonna keep it bolted shut.
