They're admitting what was already obvious. There simply are not enough tests. The hospitals are crashing because they can't test, so they don't know who to expend resources on.

Whoever here said the Chinese figures were not dependable, and I think that was you, Neutral Corner, seems to be correct.

The New York City patients are showing a lot more in the 19-49 age range than what we saw in February.

So not only do we not have tests or even masks but we have a data set that is almost totally useless.
