And Pence isn't much better. Before you know it, he's going to start pushing those little packages of holy water as a cure.

And when you do, don't talk over him, and for god's sake don't contradict him.

Can some of those empty hotel rooms be used to house the sick?

Not wishful thinking, just something that gets talked about in behavioral sci: Someone is going to be driven to the point that they have, or at least think they have nothing to lose. The people who have been gleefully sticking it to the plebes are counting on a sheeplike mentality. This can break down in scary ways. The next six months might get dangerous. I hope I'm wrong.

I have a new source of solid information. CIDRAP

This is the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota.

    Useful site.

Any effort by TV news to treat Trump as anything but a normal President will result in anyone involved being fired on the spot by the corporate media conglomerates who own them and who have far too many contact points with the government to make Trump mad. I mean, Comcast's whole business model rests on the premise the Sherman Anti-Trust Act will never be enforced.

They need to be used to warehouse people who are positive but not hospital ill yet. We *have* to find a way to get people who are infected out of homes with non-infected family/roommates.

I'm amazed he hasn't been whacked already. If he is, would we have a Saturday Night Massacre situation? Trump keeps whacking people until he finds his Robert Bork in the CDC?

And because they are worried that if things get really frightening and out of hand, someone will try to take their food/provisions.
