When this is over, we're going to find that it's not just the elderly who are killed by this thing.

I believe we’re already well into finding that out.

Unfortunately that is what it is going to take. They should make it like $100 fine if you get caught with all the money going to battle coronavirus.

There are a lot more selfish assholes out there than people might have realized, and I'm sure the prevailing thought is there were plenty of selfish assholes out there

That's for sure. Birmingham has some superb hospitals. A good friend of mine had a heart transplant done there.

UAB Hospital is one of the best in the southeast, and several of the various departments are consistently in the national top 25 in U.S. News. Transplant team is extremely good.

This led to the old UAB bumper sticker: "Our award winning team wears scrubs", which might *possibly* have been a small flick at the university seventy miles west of here.

It never was "just" the elderly.

The charts simply showed a MUCH lower fatality rate for the younger/healthier. Haven't seen one of those in a while. Have the percentages changed?

That's going to work real well for the tens of millions of regular people who won't be able to get them since the tens of thousands of people who actually need them can't even get them.
