Will be interesting to see if she threatens litigation against the above-linked Twitterfolk. Of course, discovery would loom and her public-figure status would complicate the odds of success, I guess.
I watched and thought she was a bit goofy in swaying a bit, but I expected her words to be more slurred. I'll still go with drunk, but I'm also curious about any potential libel claims.

 

So a couple of days ago the Ala. Lt. Gov. put out a public letter that absolutely body-slammed the state's Covid prep. He used real science, stats, the whole schmear. He may be doing it cynically to get an edge when he runs for Governor, but he seems legit. Now this.

 

She reminds me of Will Ferrell's Harry Caray impersonation.
