And Azar has been a good soldier and taken the heat.

This week will be interesting with rent checks due and a lot of renters not working at jobs that allow you work from home, let alone the lag in unemployment.

Good question. I live in an adjoining state and have heard nothing remotely close to what Abbott inferred.

Alex Azar ... now there’s someone who ought to be on a milk carton in this mess. Hardly heard a peep from him. Is he being sidelined, or is he being smart and laying low?

Biggest reason people still aren't taking this seriously?

Why they don't stay the fuck home?

Trump, and his erratic, often contradictory, messaging.

A clear message of national emergency, delivered credibly and repeatedly, would have gone a long way to keeping folks in their homes.

I’m curious which source you’re using.

According to the Johns Hopkins site, only Hawaii, Wyoming and West Virginia remain.

Hawaii surprises me, having so much tourism from Asia. One would figure they would have some real trouble. Then again they are quite isolated, like West Virginia.

Japan's numbers are relatively minuscule (1,806 cases, 55 deaths).

CNN, Fox and MSNBC all are using Johns Hopkins and all have differing stats

Actually, Fox's source is a dude named John Hopkins, a retired trucker from Pascagoula who has attended every MAGA rally ever held.
