College football 2020 offseason thread

Didn't see one, or find one by searching, sorry if it's a DB.

BC quarterback grad transfer to Oregon. Probably gonna be some current UO quarterbacks in the transfer portal soon.

Had a great start last year before hurting his knee. I'm guessing if nothing else he'll provide some experience in the quarterback room. I do know the Ducks have a few four stars on the roster who haven't played much.

In Oregon I'd rather have an outdoor afternoon game in January or February than a night game in November, that's for damn sure.

One beautiful thing would be allowing home games in the states that reacted quickly and got through this by May or June, but not allowing home games in the slow-reacting states like Florida and Alabama, where this thing could linger on until August or September.

 

Here's some CFB history that has nothing to do with anything.

In 1946 my Dad's Dunster House (dorm) team won Harvard's intramural football championship. The Harvard winner traditionally played the Yale winner for Ivy bragging rights. But wartime travel restrictions scrapped that game, so they traveled across town to play the Boston University varsity. The Terriers ran the new-fangled Wing T and won, 22-16. Dad missed an extra point in the snow, his only miss that season.
