It’s on you voters who voted Trump, you’ve enabled him to place a totally incompetent, Jared Kushner, to lead the fight against a pandemic, the greatest pandemic in over 100 yrs.

 

...and lawyers, and various other people with lettered honorifics after their names. Racism is systemic everywhere, but there is a whole other level of deeply embedded racist cultural ambience here.

How about designated companies. The have most everything in place ready to go in times like this. Signed agreements, financials worked out. When the time comes we are that much closer to getting things produced. I know it's more complicated than that but I think we smart Americans should be able to do it. In the long run it might save a lot...lives, economy, ect.

 

When I'm feeling down -- which is often these days! -- that's often the story I re-watch or re-read or just repeat in my head. I love it so much. It's everything we're meant to be. So thanks @OscarMadison for a perfect reminder ... and, btw, I'm not sure how long you've been here, but your posts are one of the reasons I keep lurking. If ever we're allowed to socialize again, I hope we can toast in person.

Hillary wanted to get people off of coal, pretty much told them that, and wanted to get bring in other types of energy production to the area.

 

The sign of an effective leader is to choose and empower the best people to carry out your goals. It doesn’t mean that you can’t be skeptical or change course if things aren’t working — of course you should. But Trump only chooses people around him who either display complete fealty (until they don’t or he can blame them for something) or who are related to him.

 

Jared is in charge because he's in charge of stealing. If you don't think Trump and his family are skimming off the top of the forced competition sales they've created for medical equipment and supplies, you are most naive.
