The same impeachment which didn't affect his approval ratings?

These points should be hammered home every day ...

The president’s favorite lie, which he repeats in every speech, is that in late January, against the advice of all his aides, he bravely banned travel from China to the United States. ... Trump tells this story because it makes him look bold and prescient. It plays on his identity as a champion of strong borders. But the story is fake. In reality, Trump was reluctant to impose the travel ban. His aides had to push him into it. And instead of following up with virus control measures inside the United States, he used the travel ban as an excuse to do nothing more.

Major US airlines had begun canceling flights to and from China several days before the travel ban.

What was it, 3.4 million people who came home after he instituted that?

    Exactly.

As I posted upthread a while ago, the pilots union filed a lawsuit to halt flights into China the day after United and Delta and American all announced their shutdown there.

American Airlines pilots sue to halt flights to China

American Airlines suspends two routes to China as coronavirus spreads - CNN

All of which occurred before the Trump "ban."

Trump Administration Restricts Entry Into U.S. From China

The temporary restrictions followed announcements by American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines that they would suspend air service between the United States and China for several months.

The idea that the Trump restrictions were in any way heroic is more bullshit.

All we need to do is keep highlighting Trumps lies; keep scrutinizing and showing the lies.

That’s the heart of the 1st Amendment. Can you withstand the scrutiny?

The Voters need to never forget the lies.
