Why the Trump Administration Won’t Be Able to Make the Stimulus Work

Harry Hopkins—FDR’s Man Friday, who would lead the WPA, serve as Commerce secretary and become the president’s chief White House counselor during World War II—took a different tack altogether. In his first hour as head of the Federal Emergency Relief Administration (another early rehearsal for the WPA) he spent $5 million. Inclined to get money in people’s hands as quickly as possible, Hopkins, a veteran reform administrator who had previously served as president of the American Association of Social Workers and director of the New York Tuberculosis Association, was indifferent to long-term planning or budgeting. “People don’t eat in the long run,” he tartly observed. “They eat every day.”

 

Team Fatfuck doesn't want the stimulus to work. Those of them who actually do have any kind of political beliefs are deconstructionists, vandals. They're not there to build anything; they're there to wreck everything they can. They've spent their whole political lives arguing the government cannot and should not help the people. This is their big chance to prove it doesn't work.

Of course the vast majority of Team Fatfuck doesn't believe anything -- they're just there to loot anything they can get their hands on.

Team Fatfuck and the stimulus are like the scene in "The Hunt For Red October" where the White House security advisor is trying to get Jack Ryan to go on the crazy sea mission to find Marko Raimius:
"I can't ask these other jokers to do it, because none of them believe in it, none of them will take any risks for it, and they'll be looking for the first excuse to bail out and say it didn't work."

Team Fatfuck only wants the stimulus to work long enough to get the MAGGATS back on their feet in November so they can have a warm feeling in their pee pee for the God Emperor. Once the election is in the books, everybody can all go fuck off.

At that points the guns will be in the streets, and anybody who mouths off will buy a quick one-way trip to the ICE tent camps. By that time there'll be a couple million dead, what difference will a few hundred thousand more make?

After COVID rolls through, people being taken away for medical treatment, dying and being cremated will be absolutely commonplace. You'll watch Uncle Fred taken off in an ambulance, two weeks later you'll get a plastic box of ashes.

 

OK, here’s what we’re gonna do: We’re gonna take everyone on Team Trump, from the top on down, we’re gonna stuff ‘em into the Superdome … and then we’re gonna pop about 100 CS grenades inside the building.
