Trump and his ilk for over a decade created a segment of the country that did not trust scientists or the media. He gave enough of this country enough doubt early on that this virus was nothing to be bothered with. Now, he cannot even get some of his base to move with him to the scientists.

He misplayed this from the start. No one could have been perfect, but most of us would have made better decisions than this fuck. Shit, 90 percent of semi-educated people would have done a better job over the first month of this.

If Trump was playing 18 at Corona Pines CC, he went double, double, triple off of the first tee. You can't take that off his scorecard.

That’s not what I’m judging him by. I’m judging him by a presidential standard set by those before him. Don’t call it a “hoax”; don’t dismantle the pandemic response team beforehand; don’t say “not my responsibility “. You ran for president, it is your responsibility.

 

I’d be willing to consider the hypothesis from someone who has some credibility.

trump hasn’t just been trump, as if that’s some sort of minimal acceptable performance evaluation. He’s literally allowed the deaths of thousands and by his admission a hundred thousand because he’s both inept to even run a laundromat and as corrupt John Gotti.

those European countries didn’t blow it because they tried to do something and failed. Trump blew because he tried nothing and killed. And he still has soulless ghouls cheering or excusing him.
