Only if they ban the country club members from showing up to volunteer.

Without crowds, those volunteers aren't really needed. Let the golfers go look for their damn balls in the woods without any help like the rest of us. Good TV, actually.

It'll be bare bones ... players, caddies, rules officials, some in-house media, television crews, maybe some locker room attendants and cleaning staff and enough kitchen workers to keep everyone fed.

Jeez, I was so sure those crazy kids would end up as great-grandparents together.

UCLA has been practicing social distancing at home games in the Rose Bowl for years.[IMG]

Online soccer training. Awesome. Must be super beneficial.

Already backing up the truck. Last week, they were looking at having Colonial on May 21-24. June 11-14 would replace the Canadian Open, which was canceled earlier.

No, they had ditched the idea of a May Colonial some time ago, at least some time before last week. Who knows, it's all running together. They were looking at restarting in early June at The Memorial until Jack Nicklaus essentially came out and said that was going to be impossible.

The PR side of me thinks these announced dates or half-hearted comeback plans are just for show. They're trying to tell fans "hey, we're trying! Don't give up on us!"

    I think there's a lot to that.
